I've got all girl dogs and we don't want that type of thing in our house Smile
However, my dogs live in the lap of luxury. They have their own air conditioned, enclosed porch, nice comfy beds and a pool. Not to mention last Sunday I would bet they were the only dogs to get bernaise sauce on their kibble! Surprised

And I thought my dog was spoiled! Surprised

3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup half-and-half
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1⁄8 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
1 1⁄2 tsp. firmly packed light brown sugar
Pinch of salt
8 thin slices ham
4 thin slices Swiss or Gruy?re cheese
8 slices country-style bread

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, half-and-half, vanilla, nutmeg, brown sugar and salt until blended. Pour into a shallow baking dish.
Pre heat griddle or cast iron pan

For each sandwich, arrange 2 slices ham and 1 slice cheese on 1 bread slice, then top with another bread slice. Place the sandwiches in the egg mixture and soak for 30 seconds per side.

If desired, lightly brush the griddle with butter or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Place the sandwiches on the griddle and cook until crisp and golden, 2 to 3 minutes. Serves 4.

One of the places here does a great one of these. I'll have to give it a try at home though!

Dr Katz

Dr Katz
Did anyone ever watch this show? It was on Comedy Central in the mid-90s and then shown on ITV2 here about 4 or 5 years back...

The basic idea is that Dr Katz, a psychiatrist, has visits from all sorts of weird and wacky characters who are voiced by comedians such as Mitch Hedberg, Steven Wright, Dave Attell, Garry Shandling, etc etc.

Here's an mp3 from the show featuring Jim Gaffigan:
https://www.dreness.com/bits/funny/manatee.mp3

And you can find out more about the show on this site: www.sassman.com/katz/ it's been about for years and is still the only place that has any kind of comprehensive information...

I have a lot of the episodes as VHS rips and offered them about but no one ever takes them even though there's petitions online for it be released on DVD! Anyway, if anyone wants to check the episode list on that site and request any I could probably sort it...

Most Haunted Fan!

Not that I'm Ciaran's biggest fan here but I would like to see him involved in the glass spinning and table tipping and what not. I don't think with him being involved with all this stuff that they would be able to get away with as much. He would lend an air of "professionalism" to the whole Ouija thing.
