Why wouldn't the Harp be there?
Northern Ireland IS apparently part of the UK and that's where the Harp on the coin comes from. It's got nothing to do with Eire.

It's Irish, not British. That's the point.
And don't they have different coins there anyway? For some reason I doubt they'll release these over there.
