It seems unjust that when all (three or four) of us have taken the trouble to watch Love Island, we have to live in fear that it could be dropped any second. Admittedly, viewing figures are so poor it has been scheduled round the news, as if an update on the situation in Lebanon could somehow inspire people to stay tuned for Bombhead from Hollyoaks running around in his Early Learning swimming trunks trying to impress Paul Gascoigne's daughter.
Already Love Island has been forced (by the Trade Descriptions Act?) to drop its 'Celebrity' prefix, because its protagonists are so far down the fame alphabet that one of them (the bizarrely plasticised Alicia Douvall) couldn't even say the real one. Face - thanks a million. I don't know what I'd do without you - had to download quite a few things to get somewhere near what I had before. Just about got most things back now and am going to try downloading the programmes I've missed since not having the computer. Thanks xx

Bon Appetit :star:
2lbs. Prince Edward or similar small Mussels
6 oz. chopped onion
4 oz. chopped garlic
6oz. diced tomatoes
large handful fresh chopped basil
3 oz. sambuca
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
earlier in the day or day before allow 1 stick of butter to get soft, then blend with juice of 1 large lemon, roll up in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
coat a hot skillet with approx. 4 tbs butter and melt
add the mussels to the skillet and cover, it will take appox. 2 minutes to cook, check to ensure that they are open.
next add the onions, garlic, tomatoes and basil cook approx. 1 min.
