Funny, you're not the first person I've heard of who thought this.... same thing with a couple of people at work today.

I've shown you Monson before.

My picks for this fight are St.Pierre and hopefully Jeff Monson.

Matt Hughes and Tim Sylvia have held the belt for far too long now, and it's time to have some fresh champions. St.Pierre is the classiest guy around and coached on this years Ultimate Fighter. Hughes came in for a week to work along side him and was slagging him off and being a bit of a prick to him, but George didn't drop to his level. He cared more on helping the guys to make it to the final than focus on any personal shite.

Having said that, if it wasn't George St.Pierre fighting against Hughes then I'd want Hughes to win because he's always been my fave.

Jeff Monson is a big bugger but really short and Tim Sylvia is a real tall boy, so if Monson doesn't keep moving on his feet then Sylvia will get him with the reach advantage and he's a good striker with fist like cement lol

I'd like to see Monson clock him a good one and put him to sleep.

Tomorrow night there's a free night of UFC...

BNP scumbag is found not guilty

BNP leader cleared of race hate

BNP leader Nick Griffin and party activist Mark Collett have been cleared of inciting racial hatred after a retrial at Leeds Crown Court. Mr Griffin, 46, from Powys, Wales, had denied two charges of using words or behaviour intended to stir up racial hatred in a speech in Keighley. Mr Collett, 26, of Leicestershire, was cleared of four similar charges. The pair were charged in April 2005 after the BBC showed a secretly-filmed documentary The Secret Agent in 2004.

Mr Griffin smiled and nodded as the foreman of the jury read out the unanimous not guilty verdict. His wife Jackie burst into tears in the public gallery and there were cheers from BNP supporters, which were then muted by the judge.

Outside court, Mr Griffin and Mr Collett were greeted with chants of "freedom" by about 200 supporters, some of whom waved the union flag. A small number of anti-Nazi protesters shouted as Mr Griffin addressed the crowd. He said: "What has just happened shows Tony Blair and the government toadies at the BBC that they can take our taxes but they cannot...

Glasgow Rangers fans take the piss

Recently the new manager of Rangers (Paul Le Guen) has been getting dog's abuse from fans of the club after failing to help the club succeed... I have to laugh of course, being a Celtic fan, but it's also made the league a bit boring as Celtic are now 13 points in the lead with no real challenge.

Here's some pics that Rangers fans have made... they might be huns, but they're quite funny too Laughing

The Best Of Mr Bean

Oh, I'm going to check this out for sure when I get some time. Maybe it makes me corny, but I absolutely love Mr. Bean and haven't seen it on in ages.

I think my favourite episode was the one where he makes the sandwich in the park Very Happy

I feel the same way about my dog.... not that I expect anyone else to understand that feeling but, to be fair, I wasn't faced with this horrible situation.

It's a bad thing no matter how you look at it.

Microsoft: Windows Vista is done

Agree with Janbo.... some good advice, Irish. I'm no software wizard by any means, but it seems to me that anytime Microsoft releases a new version of windows, there seems to be this initial onslaught of errors and everyone ends up complaining. Although I'm sure you could argue this point for any software.

I realize everything is different in every country, but we still vote here with pencil and paper and it seems to work fairly well!

same here, it works well enough - there's about 4-5 people watching you as you place your vote (one from every party I'd guess) and an adjudicator, then a similar setup for each vote counter - which means there's very little chance of need for recounts more than once or twice.

What's the big plastic hassle?!

Laughing

Wow... that sounds like a lot of people. Basically here, you show your voter identification card or id and your name is checked off the voter list. You're given your ballot and you go behind a cardboard "divider" where you fill out the form then you close the ballot in front of the monitor. Very low key and seems to work.

I guess we should all just be happy that we have the right...

I suppose I should point out that I don't really believe all of this stuff - it's just interesting to hear, in as much as the bullshit that flows from the mouths of politicians is too.
