The Baldy Man
A Scottish comedy along the lines of Mr Bean, starring Gregor Fisher. I don't think it was ever broadcast in the UK, though I might be wrong. It's certainly one of those comedies that not many people know of.

Ricky Tomlinson is to be awarded the Freedom of Liverpool. The 74-year-old Royle Family star is to receive the city’s highest civic honour for his charity and philanthropic work. He said: “I’m pleased as punch. It is one of the most amazing things that has ever happened. A former plasterer, Ricky was one of the ‘Shrewsbury 24’ – a group of ‘flying pickets’ who went from site to site to try and convince workers to join the 1972 building workers’ strike. The trade unionist was arrested and jailed for 16 months over the tactics, and has campaigned to have his conviction for 'conspiracy to intimidate' overturned to this day. Domenyk Noonan has been charged with public nuisance following his Big Wheel stunt. The 49-year-old is due to appear before Manchester magistrates next month. He was released on bail pending his court appearance on condition he does not enter Piccadilly Gardens.
Two weeks ago he spent more than six hours perched 100ft above the ground on Manchester’s Big Wheel as part of a protest. He was arrested on suspicion of aggravated trespass. Noonan was charged with public nuisance under the name Lattlay-Fottfoy when he attended the North Manchester divisional HQ of Greater Manchester Police in Newton Heath on Saturday.
Afterwards, he told the MEN: “I’ll be pleading not guilty and going to trial.”
