EE: Jane and Masood What the hell?

Was it just me or did those two have a "moment" over the burger and chips while bemoaning their respective spouses? Is this the start of one of the strangest affairs on the Square?

He is awful cute...but Jane is trying to avoid him now, so hopefully not. It would just be a big mess. As much as I think she is a hard edged, non fuzzy person, Mas really loves Zanaib and she in her own spikey way loves him. As far as Jane and Ian go, I just don't understand the attraction of Ian and never will, but Jane loves him and they have been thru so much, I would hate to see this happen. I think, storywise, it would be a mistake. Mas would be a step up from Grant, though...

I picked up on it too and didn't think much of it until jane told tanya about it. Surely she won't cheat on Ian again?

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'd feel bad for Zainab if that happened. I couldn't stand her when she first came on the square, but I've warmed up to her.....lol! I've always thought Mas was funny, but I definitely do not want Mas and Jane hooking up. Even if Jane deserves some happiness, it shouldn't be with someone else's man.

I am wondering since they had Jane bring it up so quickly to Tanya if the look was a red herring for something else happening. Or maybe her bringing it up to Tanya was a red herring to make it look like a red herring. Oi Vay! I'm so confused now!

But no jellied eel...I am not sure where the writers are going with this one, but I hope is is just a conversational kind of thing. Jane and Mas are the two level headed, sensible ones of the group and hopefully they will talk it out and get past whatever "moment" they thought that they had. If it gets too weird, then they won't be able to work together and the whole thing will go bust. That would be bad...

They both (Jane and Masood) deserve to be happy, but this is not the way to go about it. Didn't Jane learn her lesson? She needs to quit convincing herself that she actually likes Ian and find someone who appreciates her....who isn't already married!!
