I don't think this story is in anyway true. Guy has his own lawyers and the custody would have been worked out to benefit him as well. Since there has been no evidence or reports that he is an unfit father he has rights as well.

It's too bad all they're going through has to be publicized like this. The poor kids and what they must read about themselves --- whether Madonna bans newspapers or whatever, they're going to find out.
