Feels fake .. though reminds me of a chain email I recently received of a restaurant with free food at the end of a LONG trek up a mountain.

Maybe that inspired someone to do some photoshop work

definitely fake - it's got a square roof yet the walls can't possibly be at right angles - and why are there 3 doorways/french windows at the back on the left?
