they've been all over those pesky Jormans like paella!

I reckon the Jormans will come back in the 2nd half though - they always come up with something.

Spain is winnin' so far. I was rootin' for the Germans, but quite honestly....I don't care who wins..lol! I don't care for football and don't know much about it. Watching it 'cuz it's all the rage here. lol! I'm amazed how people go gaga for it, but then again, one can say the same about the American sports. lol!

yeah, I think American Football, Baseball, and Basketball are all boring. I don't get the excitement about it. I do have fun at the games though, but that's more for the BBQ's out in the parking lot and the fun fan things in the stadium...lol! Actually, the European footie games are probably fun to go to also just for the partying part...lol!

dont get me wrong I was a big Knicks fan in the 90s ,,,,,when they had john starks and patrick ewing and the likes ..... and I have been to a few games love BBall ....base ball is ok .....and now the girls are doing softball I am learning more about the game .......Its great that they can go to a phillys game as a family ........U cant do a family day out at a footie game ......Its just not the same ......I maybe wrong as i have been away years ......but i dont think much has changed ......

American football I hate ...so BORING

I was backing Germany, but alas it was not to be. Had my German world cup shirt on and drinking..oh, uh, wait, the German loss may be my fault!! I had a G&T rathar than a German beer....oh my, sorry Germany!! And since that was the end, I guess I wll resort to old Spurs matches I have dvr'd to get me thru til August!

@Aja - I am with you on the American football. I used to love it, then I really got into footy and now it moves SO SLOWLY, that I can bearly get thru a game. Hockey and Footy are my two sports.
