Canadian TV on Demand (includes Canadian Idol)

Check this out....(Not completely certain if this works outside of Canada)

Go to www.ctv.ca and click on the TV on Demand link. It takes a few seconds to get started so you may have to be patient.

Several quality Canadian TV programs, includes Canadian Idol - this series has just started and is in the audition phase. Episode 2 is especially good as the judges completely lose it with one another - worth watching just for this.

"Jake Gold and Zack Werner had it out over a competitor in Montreal, and Gold and Farley Flex blew up over one in Toronto. The judges had seen fewer talented singers than they expected that day, and the monotony clearly got to them.

It culminated when Zack threw a garbage can during Idol hopeful Dave Espeut's audition, whose singing was neither a gift from God nor terribly offensive."

I also especially recommend "Corner Gas" which is an excellent comedy - one of those gentle types that you will like if you enjoy Last of the Summer Wine.

It doesn't work, no - but I reckon I'll try and see if I can wangle something...

I wonder if any US Couchers can see it?

Same thing we did for the other and should work poifectly

I find Canadian Idol a bit lame though. I don't know the judges so that's probably why, but nutters auditioning all the same.
