Corrie - the new bookies

Post by maycm »

Seems like we have a couple of hard men in the street now. Been a while since we had a really "threatening" character. There have been various people who have been bad or evil but this is a bit of departure, at least for recent years.

All of sudden it fees like we have a couple of Eastenders arrive - I hope The Street doesn't lose it's soul, however out of touch with reality it actually is. I suspect not.

yeah, it's been weird to have 'heavies' move in, but I'm sure they'll get their comeuppance at some point - something explosive would be good!

I'm not into these 2 goons at all yet. All the shenanigans with Lloyd's car was tedious.

I don't know the blokes you're talking about (because I'm still several months behind) but I'll wager they didn't count on Emily Bishop. She'll keep the street clean.

The street needs its villains, though some last much longer than others. (eg. Charlie)
