EE: Pat's sister

Post by Skylace »

It was nice to see Pat having a storyline to herself. She is such a wonderful actress and lately they've only had her playing aggro with Shirley and that was getting a bit boring. I really enjoyed the storyline and found it very touching. Even had a tear in my eye when she saw all of her letters and cards to her sister.

Seeing another side of Pat that we haven't in a while was wonderful.

Most definitely. I wasn't expecting this storyline, as I haven't seen it in a spoiler, so it was a pleasant surprise.

It really was a pleasant surprise. I've been more pleased with EE lately as well. They are starting to bring forward some of their stronger actors and not going into long, drawn out storylines. This one (which I am sure we will have reverb from later) was such a joy to watch.

I have to agree with you both. It's been good to see Pat having a little more to do lately. It seems that EE's storylines are really becoming more interesting lately.

Quite frankly, I haven't missed Pauline or her damn fruit bowl at all.

Guess we'll see Pat and that chap (aka Frank Burnside from 'The Bill' and 'Fort Boyard'...can't remember his real or character name lol) get it on.

I agree with you also since I seem to be enjoying it a lot more recently. The pub storyline with the Mitchell girls is interesting and entertaining for a change. I like Pat's character and hope she gets a bit more time in front of the cameras. The new guy really looks familiar and think there will be a few interesting plots with the two of them. Agree about "not" missing Pauline or her clan. The older shows were good with them though I thought.
