Researchers there have concluded that the nap reduces your chances of having a heart attack. I believe it. And so does every cat I've ever met.
The question is: is it the nap that saves you, or the fact that while you are napping you are not doing some of the things that could give you a heart attack?
Like jogging. Pumping iron. Aerobics. Bungee jumping. Rock climbing or having sex.
All dangerous pursuits in their own right, and doubly so if you try to do two of them at the same time.
So this week's health tip is: Every time you feel like going to the gym, have a lie down until the feeling wears off.
