So Sky, do I share with your sis? That's kinda nice.Skylace wrote:For us it won't be anything much really. I've got a scrapbook thing to do. Then it will just home with the hubby. It's my sister's birthday tomorrow so we tend to celebrate that more.
Irish, we'll be sure to down a few for you this weekend - my husband's family are half-Irish (Cork Connellys) so we'll find a good bar and kick up our heels.IRiSHMaFIA wrote:I'll be going into the city for a meal with some pals and off to the pub afterwards. ah, it takes a while to get a taste for Guinness - it's quite bitter at first, so here's a 3-step plan to being able to appreciate it for the beginner.eefanincan wrote:I just tried Guiness for the first time today........ love the Irish, just not their beer
Thank you for the plan. I've just reviewed it with my husband and if we can find the first two, we might consider following itfaceless wrote:ah, it takes a while to get a taste for Guinness - it's quite bitter at first, so here's a 3-step plan to being able to appreciate it for the beginner.eefanincan wrote:I just tried Guiness for the first time today........ love the Irish, just not their beer
1. Smithwick's (creamy ale)
2. Murphy's (like guinness, but a milder flavour)
3. Guinness (no words applicable)
