Production is now due to start on another ten episodes of the acclaimed sitcom in October. All the stars, including Jeff Garlin, Cheryl Hines, and Susie Essman are expected to return for the HBO series, which is expected to air next year.
David has appeared publicly indifferent about whether he was interested in bringing the series back since the last season finished in the States on December 4 with an episode entitled The End.
And last month, HBO chairman Chris Albrecht said: ?Larry was very unsure after last season. He needed to be inspired.?
However, the upmarket cable channel has now struck a deal with David for the new season, according to Hollywood?s trade papers today.

I love Curb. It took a while for the show to find its groove but once it did, it took off.
