EDIT -> Some of the missing comics are on eBay from £1-£3 and I am happy to buy a few / scan them in to say thanks for the excellent collection so far!

Contributing to Viz Comics sticky
I've got issue 201 (Christmas 2010) sitting here and wondered how I could go about scanning it in to add to the thread? Have got a bunch of other issues stacked away at a friend's house which, if missing, I'll also be more than happy to contribute

It's always interesting to learn something new so I'll search out the thread and have a go thanks. If it all goes well then I shall buy some of the comics from eBay and scan them in. I noticed a few hiccups whilst working through the sticky:faceless wrote:If you've not scanned anything before then it will take a good bit of practice.
There's a thread in the tech-help section about how I do it.
[*] Dead links at time of downloading: Issue 39, 50, 51, 56;
[*] Mis-linked issues: 43 links to 44 and 44 links to 43;
[*] Problematic: Issue 66 loops to Processing Download when Download clicked, though managed to find (a faceless!) copy on USENET.
I made the post a sticky, so it's easy to find.
I'm not keen on posting the more recent issues though - they're still making money on them and that's always asking for trouble.
thanks for the info about the errors - it seems that mediafire have messed things up, so I'll redo them tomorrow.
I've only ever seen Viz scans that were half decent from maybe one or two people.
