Hmm. This does seem suspicious. I often watch Press TV, just because it gives a different spin on things to most news channels and does report news that you don't see anywhere else. I've even seen GG crop up there as a presenter now & again.

I suppose the bank has a right not to do business with who it wants, but if it's for political reasons, they should at least give them the opportunity to find another bank and move stuff over. I think they at least owe them an explanation as to why they want to sever the relationship. The bank may not like their political views, but it's a legitimate business, so that was a shit move on the bank's part. If this is all true, the bank comes out looking like knobs on this one.
