Dotty?

Okay, I'm not complaining we haven't seen the little spawn of Cotton recently but I am wondering what the heck happened?

Yeah, it's too quiet in The Branning household considering there is an active little "spawn of Cotton" living there. Also, I don't like that they make Dotty so evil. She's way too young to have adapted all her skanky father's evil traits I think.

Well, Dot has been gone for awhile too. The last time I can remember seeing her was to say she was too ill to go to Bradley's leaving do. And even before that, she was reduced to a yell up the stairs "Hurry up, Dotty." "It's time to go, Dotty"... I find her kinda creepy. She doesn't look or act like a little kid.

While it's not impossible for someone her age to act that way I just don't like it. It was a boring plot from the start and I think the reason we've not seen much lately is the rest of the audience agrees and they are working on a way to get her out of the picture. Or hoping we just forget

I think you are right about working her out of picture Sky. Whatever the story, it just ain't working out.

I hate it when they "just hope we forget"...write her out of the story or give her a new story line, but don't just drop her, finish it properly.

Got to see her shining face and sweet ways as she paid off Mo for the part of the Angel Gabriel....what a lovely child.

Did I imagine it, or did Dotty really go on about how could a virgin have a baby? Watching last night's episode I grinned when Santa's visit to the community center had spawn of Satan snapping to attention with an odd look on her face. Priceless.

Well, looks like she's gone now. Can't say I'm missing her. And in all honesty, except for the day she left, Dot seems to be hanging in just fine.

Haven't missed her either. But I've got a hunch we haven't seen the last of her. I think she'll pop back in a few years, kind of like Clare (I think that was her name -- you know, the blonde one who tried to blackmail all the men).

Yeah, she'll be Dot's long lost Granddaughter all grown up once they need a new storyline.
