I reckon this is the start of some mad story - it just doesn't sit right with me. In real life maybe, but this is Corrie...

It is going rather smoothly, isn't it? My prediction: Peter and Leanne are going to borrow money from this guy for their new upscale wine bar and things are going to go south...either he will have stolen the money or its mob money or something...or he is going to promise it to them and then split...but you are right Face, it is going to nicey nice for a soap.
