hi Jonathan, welcome to the site.

First thing to do is get a humyo account - www.humyo.com - though you can also post video embeds from youtube/veoh or any other site. If you've not uploaded before it can be a bit tricky at first, but it's just a process and it's easy after a while.

Once you've uploaded something to humyo, you can right click it and select 'embed this video' and you'll get a wee window opening up. Copy that code and put it into a post here and that will get you started.
