I am watching a not so good series called "North and South" from 2004. Jo Joyner (Tanya) played a small part in the first episode... a sister to one of the main characters. We will see if she turns up again...
UPDATE: Oh, she showed up again alright. Boy, she sure has learned a lot about acting since this was made. She is really not very good in this. A ton of overacting....

OK.....this kind of a 'before EE ' but I was just watching the movie Layercake and saw Mr. Michael Moon. I think his character is called Tiptoes or something like that. I almost didn't recognize him with longer hair and he's probably a good 15 or 20 lbs heavier. He certainly knows how to play dark characters!

This is defo before she was on Corrie, but I am watching a period piece called "The Grand" about a large luxury hotel in post WWI Manchester. Who pops up as a chamber maid? Leanne Battersby Platt Barlow Platt! Plus the guy from True Blood, Bill. Stephen Mosely I think his name is. He is a WWI PTSD vet. Pretty good so far.

Cheryl Ferguson is in the new series of Celebrity Big Brother. the picture shows her in disguise before the show started on Wednesday. Martin Kemp is also one of the inmates.

I found Jim Branning in a movie called "East is East" about a Pakistani family in Manchester during the 1970's. It is funny to hear a Manc accent coming out of Jim Branning!
I have only been watching for a few minutes, but a classic line already!! "Your Granddad will drop a bollock if he finds out you are courting a Paki." Jim is the granddad in question...
Edit: The actor who played Ash is in it too! As well as the older sister from Bend it Like Beckham... A treasure trove to be sure!
