Haven't heard of her before, but nice little speech in support of George.

She's married to Jack Layton (NDP leader) and was also elected as MP in Toronto (Spedina, as I recall) during the last Federal election.

If she were a Tory, that would make for a very interesting home life. But I'm pretty sure she's also NDP.
