This is the guy who's been accused of being John Venables, the boy who killed Jamie Bulger. It can't be him, of course, as he's in jail.

But here's the pic of John Venables as a child. There's a pretty strong resemblance around the eyes and ears for sure, but I've no idea if that physog is common in the area.
