Thanks. Managed to get back in there today as well. Maybe tomorrow if college is snowed off too.

I only lost a pound this week, but I guess it is better than gaining one!

Well the workouts and Wii have paid off with immediate results! I worked out twice with my trainer, 2 yoga sessions and 1 yoga motion class (1/2 hour aerobics, 1/2 hour yoga) and 1/2 hour on the Wii Fit every day and I lost 6.6 lbs this week! Wahoo!! I lost all of my holiday weight and then some in just one week. I think I may like this....

I wouldn't want it to all come off this fast
as it would come right back on, but
for one week it is ok.

I'm hoping to lose 5 kilos this week. I'm at the height of my powers in terms of being able to go to the gym everyday and I am eating strictly to my plan. I'll get this chance maybe once or twice during my attempt to lose the weight. So need to go for it. If I do I will have crossed the two stone mark for the year so far.

Well I overestimated my powers!

A very nearly five pound loss not 5 kilos! I was 0.1 kilos under the whole five pounds.

Still I should be happy enough. A similar loss next week I am two stones lighter. As it is I am under 300 pounds for the first time in two years.

I've been so lazy the last few weeks. Well, in regards to working out. Work and class have been keeping me way to busy. Here's to getting back to it this week!

Despite a poor week where I gained a kilo I've managed to hit the two stone lost mark today. Very pleased. two months. Two stone. Just another six to go!

well done son!

I need to lose about 2 stone, so to know it could be done in a couple of months gives me a bit of a spur.
