First this is a man who openly admitted he doesn't even really know how to email and that he is technologically illiterate. And it just proves to me again that republicans or demorcrats both want to control us (we the people) just in different areas of our life.

Didn't The Terminator series predict corporate wars around this time?

As long as the ISPs don't have sway over the content we pay for them to provide, I'm ok. Of course, there will always be ways around whatever blocks they put in.
