I've not read this all, but it's a mad story for sure... how mad must he have been to go on TV to publicise the book? I think I remember seeing a clip of him being exposed as a fraud on some other show, so hopefully that will turn up.

I've not read it either, but does it say anything about why her eyes are at different heights?
