I'd say she's mentally ill. Funny how people who supposedly belong to a group that supposedly supports the underdog, would make fun of a disturbed person. Typical hypocrite if you ask me. lol!

She's not mentally ill, she's imitating the kind of fruitloops we've seen on various clips before. The camera work is actually pretty good. The really sick thing is that many right-wing propagandaists actively dole out that 'god and country' bullshit and rely upon the kind of mania that this video shows.

I wasn't aware that ignorance qualified as a mental illnesses. Perhaps we should all begin blaming right-wing stupidity on fetal alcohol syndrome. "I'm so sorry your mother did that do you," seems like a fitting response; any attempt to reason just falls on deaf ears.
