What is Peggy Playing At???

I just don't think I can watch Peggy ruin her life yet again! She knows what Archie is all about. How can she just "forget" everything he has done..not only to her but to her supposed "loved ones". If I were in Peggy's little clickety clackety shoes and someone treated my family like that, I don't think that they would still be drawing breath. I wouldn't stand for someone hurting my family like that. For all that the Mitchells are constantly claiming that family means everything and what it means to be a Mitchell, they certainly allow an awful lot of outsiders to cause pain. This story line is boring me already.

They're trying to show her as a human rather than a Mitchell.

I am a bit stumped myself Spurs in regards to Peggy's behavior. That being said, I have known people like that in real life. They go from abusive relationship to abusive relationship or keep going back to the losers who screw them over again and again. So Peggy's not doing anything that some people in real life wouldn't do. It's bad enough to watch it on TV! But damn I wish that woman would have the spine to stand up to men the way she stands up to punters. I think her greatest weakness is the fear of being alone.

I totally agree, Sky. Her fear of being alone motivates her to do really stupid things. Hopefully, she is trying to lure him in to really give him what for. That is the only thing that will keep me going....the hope that she is going to get him into a vulnerable postition and then stick the knife in...fingers crossed!
