It looks a great day out for all concerned! I hope they got that meat wagon turned over - it would be shame to go to such effort for nothing...

I used to do the May Day demos here in Glasgow, but they kind of faded away about 3 years ago after a particularly heavy standoff. I'd managed to get myself a position on a buttress on a bridge where they couldn't grab me because it was too dangerous.

In the end I got bored and left them there. Defending the park from a bunch of hippies . haha
