Just some stuff I noticed

Post by SpursFan1902 »

Did it seem odd to anyone that Heather was putting on the St Patty's day do on the wrong day...and people were just letting her? Why wouldn't someone correct her? And why would they all party like it was St Pattys when it wasn't? Secondly, when Shirley and Heather were in the barrel room, why would Shirley just walk out and allow Heather to keep the mic on so that the whole Vic could hear her? Doesn't seem like much of a friend to me. I would have made sure she understood that EVERYONE was listening, and had heard the entire conversation. And why is it Minty's fault? He can't help it. You are attracted to the person you are going to be attracted to and it is not always reciprocated.

Those scenes just seemed odd to me....

I thought it was odd that no one corrected, however, I figure the reason people still partied is because "Why not?" LOL Any reason to eat, drink and be merry after all.
However, I found the part with the head set just plain stupid. I wouldn't have even run back there, I would have just turned down the damn mic to begin with. That was too contrived. I agree, terrible friend indeed. Of course, Shirley is just terrible.
I also don't see it as being Minty's fault. He has never led Heather on at all. He has done nothing wrong. And what happened to the mystery man at R&R? Someone brought back Heather's lucky lid and I figured it was him. Yet we've heard nothing.

Wow, I had completely forgotten about him. The non set up set up guy. I guess the writers forgot about him too.

They'll forget about him for ages and then suddenly he'll pop up with no rhyme or reason.

I think now would be a really good time to "remember" him...that story is really getting old. We get it...Heather has no self esteem and she got hurt. Move on....

I couldn't agree more. It's a bit depressing actually. I mean I understand why they have her that way but they do need to move the character on.

Only EE could make a storyline out of a yogurt lid
