I predict a massive failure! The idea of a portable toaster is good, but the method she's chosen is rubbish - who wants to be sitting there holding a blade to toast for 2-3 minutes? If she brought this to the Dragon's Den and I was on the panel it wouldn't be the bread which got a toasting!
