I go to a lot of news sites while searching for stories and nonsense to post here and while there are some very good sites around the world, I'm almost ashamed to say that the best one, for the sake of covering their own agenda, overall layout, reader interaction and image quality, has to be The Daily Mail. A newspaper which is little more than a comic.
If half the stories were in Viz or Private Eye I'd laugh at them for being keenly observed satire, but they manage to maintain the self-deluding impression of serious journalism all the way through. They never corpse.
If only I could be half as formulaic.
