You can see how this feature develops into nothing more than a hatchet job by the hack. I left a couple of comments last night and was surprised to see today that the vast majority of other people were in support of Galloway.
Hatchet job by Independent hack
This is the guy's website: www.colemorton.com where he has his phone number posted along with his email, colemoreton@mac.com . He used to work for The Daily Express (haha) and uses a quote from them along with one from the Daily Mail to promote his book - he's obviously from good white stock!
He seems to spend an inordinate amount of time pontificating about Christian issues, which gives his bias against Galloway some grounds (at least in his mind). He also claims to have a special interest in spirituality, something which is entirely vacant from his article.
On checking a few more of his articles on the Independent site I couldn't find a single other one which has ever received a single public comment.
