This is fucking insane! How can children be charged with child pronography for taking photos of themselves?!! Give me a break!

Yeah, this was all over the local news recently. I had a hard time believing it myself. I didn't think it would get nation wide coverage though. It's all a bit insane.

It's even worse than that. It's like charging a 15-year-old boy with having sex with a minor for masturbating.

How can these girls be victimizing themselves? I guess speaking metaphorically you could say this. But criminally?

Well done to The Law for fucking some teenagers.

I imagine they can be prosecuted because of areas within the law which weren't covered by legislation. They might end up being found guilty, then on appeal an exception will be made.
