OW! That crack on the pavement was loud! If that cop didn't make him stretch out the stick he was gonna beat him with, that would never have happened!

I think it was a tape he stretched out - but the way he told the guy to hold on tight suggests he had seen it happen before... and I bet he won a doughnut or two back at the station for that video clip!
