Blood Pressure

It seems I've got moderately high blood pressure, so will have to go on some medication in order to keep a check on it. This page seems pretty clear and useful as to what to do about it.

thanks for this face. I have always been confused by diastolic and systolic. This explains it and there are a number of good tips that are practical.

Handy page indeed. I've always seemed to have low blood pressure but hypertension runs in my family so I know its something I need to keep checking up on.
