Raven --- if you can get ahold of one, I suggest the Company's Coming Slow Cooker Recipes --- lots and lots of stuff in there that you can make --- mostly stuff that you will keep in your pantry, so you can throw stuff together pretty quickly. My faves are beef barley soup and chili. Think I'll go start a batch.......
