Wish I could be there to celebrate with you. Thank you for your campaigning efforts. Great job. Your work and the work of others on this site did help us win. And this win is for America.
I know the nay-sayers will be out and they will continue for the four years, regardless of how things start to improve. It's the way of sore-losers. Which exist in both parties. Even when they benefit they will somehow show it has nothing to do with Barack or his policies. But I don't care, because we did it!

I wish you were here too, Sky!! What a day to party!! Two of the swing states hanging out....cool....
It is the way of some to never accept that they have lost and never see the good in the opposing, winning side, but really, aren't they double losers? THey never get all of the benefits...oh, yeah, they may the benefits that the country gets as a whole...better economy and such, but they will never get that soul satifying benefit of knowing that they were part of something great...even though they were. Without opposition, we have nothing to overcome, so without McCain, there would be no celebrations. To that I say...thanks, Sen McCain...thanks for being the opposition we needed to overcome!
I must say, that as I watch all of the wrap ups, retrospectives and news stories, I know deep down that I did the right thing and will probably spend most of the day tearing up at the mention of Obama's name. It is a great day!!!
