Reading it again I'm not sure there isn't some journalist spin on this.

He's a black guy shot by a racist whilst wearing an Obama t-shirt.

There's no evidence the guy shot him because he was wearing the t-shirt just an assumption.

Maybe he was just shot by a nut for being black but that's not as big a story...
