Police Arrest Nude In-Line Skater When Construction Workers Complain
September 20, 2008[/align]
PORTLAND, Ore. — Portland Police took a waterfront Lady Godiva down a notch this week. Barely. They were getting calls about a nude on-line skater whizzing past tourists and rush-hour commuters. But you can do that in Oregon, where occasional nude bike rides draw police only for crowd control and shows featuring live sex acts are protected as free speech.

The skater, Gennifer Moss, aka Earth Friend Gen, asked organizers for permission this summer to skate naked in the city of Ashland's Fourth of July parade. She didn't get it. Police here told her to tone it down after construction workers complained. Moss donned a string bikini bottom for the nonce and skated on. Police say most callers are concerned about her safety.

Construction workers complained? Were they building a wendy house for their boyfriends at the time?! Also, the second last sentence says something about a nonce - this must be another word that doesn't mean the same over the atlantic... here it means a sex-offender!

Nonce actually means the present or particular occasion, we don't use it as a slang over here.

ah right, well that makes it more acceptable for Fox news than the meaning "Moss donned a string bikini bottom for the nonce and skated on" would have here! haha

I saw her story on CNN.com today. And I heard that she is allowed to ride her bike nude all she wants as long as she is not looking to arouse anyone or expose herself directly to specificly.......I thought the regulations as a damn shame for all male, and maybe female, listeners to her cause.

I do not believe they shared with viewers about the fact she was arrested. And she was riding a bike....not skating.

She is all spiritual and whatnot.....I was just hoping CNN would leave some contact information cause I am, for sure ,into her cause. I think we should both protest at my house.

BOISE, Idaho — Less than a month into the football season, the Idaho Vandals are undergoing another makeover after spectators complained that cheerleaders' uniforms were flashing a little more than school spirit.

"A number of fans were concerned that the uniforms were inappropriate," said Bruce Pitman, dean of students. "To be fair, there were a number of fans who liked them." The outfits that drew controversy, halter tops and short black skirts with white trim, were similar to what an NFL cheerleader might wear, Pitman said. "I'm not quite sure what will happen to them," he said.

The reason they have this problem Face is because these girls are high school cheerleaders. They will be ranging in ages 15-18. So those outfits would not be appropriate for the school to dress their students in.

Compared to other cheer leading uniforms in high schools these are a bit over the top. So the answer to your question is yes
