My mom and I watched this show last night on BBC America, and we are both hooked!
I didn't think I'd like it because it had school kids in it, but it was quite interesting! It was weird and funny, and I think it's funny that in some spots they put up subtitles because the British accent might be hard to understand for some people! lol! They don't put the subtitles up throughout the show, just once and awhile, and I'm not sure what makes them think some lines are harder to understand than others...lol! Also, we saw the commercials for Gavin and Stacey. I'd like to see that. Forgot to put it on last week. Oh, I just went off on a tangent there.....sorry......regarding Skins.....it's weird, funny, strange, and keeps you wanting to see more. It's not so much a school show as I thought it was going to be. It's almost a little bit twisted...lol! Maybe Skylace has seen it, she'd be a lot more articulate than I can be.
