I've been in - the one asking for 'images of the flat earth' is a cracker. I'd never thought about that before.

There's some excellent stuff in the FAQ too....where they explain it all.

Apparantly the edge of the Earth is surrounded by an ice wall 150 ft high.

Who knew?

I'm ashamed to admit I spent about 10 minutes browsing there.

There's one thread that I saw where someone said something like "If the Earth is flat then how do you explain the horizon? Why can you only see so far into the distance if it's not for the curvature of the Earth?"

And the reply was something like "Human eyes can only see so far".

Then the guy asked "So how come I can see the stars, which are billions of miles away?"

Hahaha!!! Game, set and fucking match!!

If you look at some of the other threads a lot of them seem to be real piss-takers, agnostics and existentialists. I just read a thread in the 'religious' section about creationism which had the line 'this argument is 6000 years old'. That's so dry you could start a bush fire with it!

I've met flat earthers and people who still think the earth is the center of the universe. They are weird, ignorant people who are stealing valuable air from the rest of us.

Some flat-earthers don't believe that the earth is the centre of anything - it's flying through space vertically at some wacky speed, which is why it's impossible to get a rocket to leave the atmosphere and get a genuine picture of the flatness of the earth!

That's at least as well thought out as many other beliefs - haha

ahh, but ..
Nature has many many patterns. The earth will follow natures patterns.

Look around you, what do you see?
Tables
Pictures
Flat-screen tv's
Walls
Glass windows
Paper
