this is quite an interesting documentary made by a few guys who have looked in the company 'Verint' and how it can be that the Montreal city council weren't aware of its extremely dubious ownership.

I wish they'd left out the bit about 9/11. It just makes them come off as conspiracy theorists. The subject of the process by which the company was chosen to provide video surveillance of Montreal's Metro system and their sinister ties and poor track record seems like a significant enough story on its own.

I didn't notice that bit, but you're right - though they are just learning and I think they'll get better if they continue.
