His hair has changed for sure. But I agree the head is at least bigger.

Or even better yet, maybe they are working on swapping him out for a newer, shinier model before we as the audience get used to having the dull one around....LOL!! This is one time I don't mind if they age him a year or two and put a new one in.

I never thought about it that way but you're spot on. That kid can't walk from one end of the square to the other without something weird befalling him. You know what would be fun? If he got kidnapped and no one realized he was missing. For like a year.
