#2. As I've mentioned, Ciaran is very well respected in his field and has done so much work on so many shows and never had a problem. Jane Goldman is one example. It's the same basic premiss, other than Jane speaks to him before or during investigations. Ciaran always suggests alternatives when looking at certain things as he does with most haunted, only after the investigation.
He keeps an open mind, but just because a room full of people say its an orb etc he can't and won't agree until he has the proof. That's what he does, and having his doctorate in parapsychology, he's not about to lie and make himself look badly.
Most Haunted would have looked like complete dickheads if they got rid of him for being honest, so they made a very wise move in keeping Ciaran. If they'd of gotten rid of him after all that blew up, I'd never have watched it again.

Not that I'm Ciaran's biggest fan here but I would like to see him involved in the glass spinning and table tipping and what not. I don't think with him being involved with all this stuff that they would be able to get away with as much. He would lend an air of "professionalism" to the whole Ouija thing.
