Windows XP or Vista

One of my classmates needs a Windows XP or Vista for his computer. He can't find one here in Denmark that is in English. They are only in Danish. Is there any website that I could download and burn a copy for him or perhaps give him the website to get it? Maybe he can burn it at the school. I used to have a copy of XP, but I left it with my sister in the US. Any help you could give me would be much appreciated. :-)
