One more bit of soullessness for the bosses to bask in. It makes me think that it would be a good idea to set up a similar site that deals with the other side of the story... where people could post stories about companies, and, in the same vein as the one concerned, have no need for proven facts.
'Don't work for XXXX, they are a bunch of bastards' - over time it could become quite a PR disaster for certain companies...

This has got to be libel and/or slander (whichever).
What happened to the courts? I know they're not ideal, but there's some accountability, a burden of proof and an opportunity for an accused to defend themself. This scheme has none of the above.
I hope they get slapped with a massive lawsuit against which, to beat an already dead horse, I'm confident they'd mount a the best defence they could muster.
