galloway and the nword

can anyone remember galloways argument about why its wrong for a white person to use the nword, and why it doesn't have the same value as if a black person uses it? to do with the history of slavery etc - i remember it being a great argument, but i can't really remember it

I think the discussion was to compare against someone from an ethnic minority using a derogatory word against a ruling majority.

I think the argument was about the relative power in current society .. almost as if it was a way to verbally answer back.

i forgot that aspect of it, how whites still pretty much dominate everything ... like institutional racism, i feel stupid now, thats such a major part of it ... doh
