Grilled Steak With A Spiced Chocolate Rub ,Wicked Potatoes and Broccoli Almondine

Spiced Chocolate Rub
(dont worry its not hot)
2 tbsp fine ground espresso
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a small glass bowl and stir together with a wire whisk. Sprinkle a liberal amount of rub mixture on both sides of rib-eye steaks, rub into meat and individually wrap. Let meat sit for a few minutes....
Wicked potatoes
Ingredients:
4 large Russet potatoes
4 tablespoons butter
1 large onion sliced
Kosher salt
Fresh ground pepper
Sour cream
Caviar
Finely chopped chives for garnish
Instructions:
Wash and slice potatoes into thin round slices. Butter bottom and sides of 8- or 9-inch cast iron pan or oven proof pot. Layer the potato slices in circles on bottom of pan and brush with melted butter add onion, sprinkle with Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Repeat layering until you're out of potatoes - about 4 or 5 times. Top with final butter, salt and pepper. Bake in 450 degree oven for 45 minutes. Turn up oven to 500 and bake for 15 minutes.


Broccoli Almondine
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh broccoli florets
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Cook broccoli, drain and keep warm. Heat butter until melted, then add almonds and stir over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper and pour the sauce over the broccoli.
Grill the Steaks the way U like them

make mounds out of potatoes ( i used a teacup) top with sour cream and cavier and chives
Add the steak and broccoli to plate and Enjoy
