That poor woman. I'm totally proud of her though. She had the presence of mind to remember her dad said a hammer can be used as a weapon and the claw end is most effective. It saved her life. She's my new hero.

I remember The week I left Jamaica in 86..... My ex had hunted me dowm......I was like fok this shit .....as he tried to attack me ...... I picked up an iron bar that was full of concrete in the middle ....and I hit him as hard as i could over his head ......and I remember saying ..... as i hit him ..... Die u bastard........ I left him in a bloody heap ......

Alas he lived .......and alas he still lives to hurt other women .......But at least I am far removed from him.......
